Research Interests

Current research involves quantitatively and qualitatively analyzing the energy-water nexus in Illinois, specifically thermoelectric power plant cooling. Analysis aims to educate scientists, managers, policymakers, and the general public about the status of energy and water in Illinois, while providing a baseline for future policy and management decisions.
